Great spot! A bit far from the main Tokyo neighborhoods, which can be both a pro and a con, but the train line from Kawaguchi brings you straight to several main stations. Emiko was both proactive and responsive in her communications, making sure we had the necessary information and answering my questions promptly. The room is small but comfortable. It has a large shower room, but no bathtub. The room was very clean and all the listed amenities were present and worked well. Moreover, there is a storage area with extra towels and linen in case you want to change them during the stay. There is a Lawson next door which is convenient for a quick breakfast, snack or meal.
