Emiko’s place was clean and as described. She had very clear instructions for everything, and was very quick to respond and resolve an issue with the water heater. Kawaguchi itself is a very residential neighborhood, and it took around an hour by public transport to get to the more touristy spots in Tokyo. The trains from Kawaguchi to the city can be very crowded in the mornings, and even at 1030am, we were packed like sardines. Would recommend to those who don’t mind traveling and want to experience a more local side of Tokyo!
