Spica 205 was fantastic for a solo traveler. It could fit two people comfortably. I loved the tatami mats in the living room, I thoroughly used the washing machine and the clothes drying racks and hangers provided by Emiko. Spica staff were friendly and attentive. The place was phenomenally clean. It was in a super convenient location with a 24 hour Lawson next door and high end grocers/ markets less than 1km away. The nearest train station was 1.2 km away, less than a 12 minute walk at moderate pace. The streets were clean, orderly and some even had cobble stone. There’s a great park also about 1.2 km away where you will regularly find people walking, running, bike riding during daylight. On my last day there, I couldn’t find a taxi and was afraid I’d have to walk to the train station with 20kg of luggage. Emiko knew I was having problems finding a taxi and drove me to the train station, making sure to drop me off near the escalators to help me get through.
