Emiko’s place was the perfect place for me. It’s in a quiet area away from the loud city, but still can easily reach the cities you would want to go to in the city center. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to Kawaguchi Station, but there is a nearby bus stop you can take as well. Emiko was so kind to waive the extra fee for checking in after 10pm. I told her my flight was coming in late and arriving from Narita Airport would make me late. She was even kind enough to pick me up at Kawaguchi station since there were no Taxis waiting! Even after check out she offered to take me to the station since it was raining. Such a great host! The check in procedure was quick and efficient. Emiko had me sign the agreement needed, and she showed me around the place to show what the place has to offer. There is even a handy booklet showing all you would need to know in your room. It’s already noted in the listing, but the walls really are thin, so be aware. Highly recommend place to stay!
