We were very satisfied with our stay at SPICA301. Emiko welcomed us with a warm smile even though we arrived 2–3 hours before check-in and explained everything in detail. The apartment was clean, organized, and very comfortable for our group of four. The rules were clear and there was nothing missing. Although not close to the center, we could reach Shibuya and Shinjuku in 30–35 minutes. The 24-hour Lawson across the street and the nearby Co.op market made everything easy. The kindness of the local people made us appreciate Japanese culture even more. Emiko is an exceptionally warm and caring host. If we return to Japan with a group, she will definitely be our first choice. Highly recommended.
