This is a great property for people who will be in Tokyo for extended stays. Emiko-san is very friendly and helpful. Very well maintained and amenities like towels, laundry detergent, etc. are readily available.

The location seems far away from the city center but after a couple of days I figured out the faster routes to Shibuya, Ueno, and Tokyo (hint: the rapid trains stop at Akabane).

With the larger space, I am much happier staying in this area than being in the middle of the city.

The supermarket/pharmacy is literally across the street and Lawsons is next door, so it is easy to get a quick meal and beverages.
