We loved our stay at Emiko’s place! We stayed at SPICA for three weeks and were super happy with our experience. The apartment is very well-equipped (microwave, tableware, cleaning supplies, umbrellas, TV etc.) and spacious for two people. Emiko and her son were very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The biggest room has a great AC, which was much appreciated, though the bathroom felt a bit chilly on colder days. Also, if you’re sensitive to noise, it’s good to be aware that since the house is a bit older, the soundproofing isn’t perfect. However, these were only minor things and didn’t affect our overall enjoyment. We would definitely recommend SPICA and hope to stay there again in the future. Thank you again, Emiko and SPICA staff!
