I needed a place to (remotely) work out of for couple weeks, and SPICA was the best option available at the time. I liked the tatami room because it’s new to me. It’s an old building, with the shower and toilet being pretty cramped, so it’s not for everyone. It’s clear on the listing though, so I knew what I was signing up for and adapted after a while. There’s a lot of rules to read and follow, so make sure to do it. Hopefully I followed the rules reasonably well.
