We stayed at Emiko’s unit, SPICA 201, for a month and had a great experience. The space was perfect for me & my son, with Lawson at the bottom of the stairs and a CO-OP grocery across the street. The nearest train station is about a 10–12 min walk, and the 2 free shared bikes (3 hrs time) were great for exploring. Washer inside unit & paid dryer (¥300/8 min), which was helpful since my son was training & we washed often. Fresh towels, sheets, & pillows were available in the shared space so we could switch them out ourselves. Emiko was very responsive and accommodating, helping with on-site parking (¥1500/day) and even letting us move to another of her units when my nephew arrived. Clear instructions were provided both in the app and in printed folders. Suggestions: a larger fridge, drawers/shelves for clothes, and a couple of extra chairs/utensils for visitors. Overall, clean, convenient, and well-managed. Would gladly stay again!
