I’ve loved my 2-weeks stay in Spica203. The apartment was exactly as advertised, and the whole place is smoothly run by Emiko and her son. Communication was always super fast. Lawson was just a few meters away, and a new big supermarket was about to open within 100 meters from the apartment. Just beware if you are taller than 180cm: you will hit your head at least once passing from a room to another! It’s a 15 minutes walk to the rail station, and from there the Keihin-Tōhoku Line allows you to reach directly a lot of points of interest (Ueno, Akihabara, Tokyo station, Ginza, up until Yokohama). I would definitely come back here.
