I stayed at Spica for almost a whole month and I’m so glad I chose to do that because it was just like home- everything one might need was there, including a washer for clothes and an iron, umbrellas, bikes, comfy bed, and most important for me: everything was clean and all the tools for keeping it clean were there too. Even more importantly though, Emiko was a great hostess. She responded to any of my needs very fast, but also gave me lots of privacy. Immediately on arrival in Kawaguchi, I had trouble getting a cab , so I called her and she said “I’ll be there in 5 mins” , and she literally was there in 5 mins. which was a great relief at the end of such a long journey from Vancouver.
