We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday stay at SPICA. It was a perfect home base for our Tokyo adventures. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed (including our own clothes washing machine). The neighborhood is nice and quiet. There is a Lawson’s convenience store located next to the apartment. There is also a bowling alley, a couple of malls, and many good restaurants located within a short walk from SPICA. It is a short 10-minute walk from the apartment to the train station – and a short train ride into Tokyo. Our host Emiko was so very friendly, polite, and helpful with us. We definitely recommend staying at her AirBNB. If we’re ever fortunate enough to return to Japan we absolutely would stay here again
