Emiko was very accommodating for us when we were a day off and helped us with cutting my brother’s lock on his suitcase since he had lost the key on the way over. She had also ensured our safety when we had a slight earthquake, something we never had before back at home, and had given clear instructions as a precaution. The place was well kept and well supplied with necessities and how to operate or refill anything we needed at no additional cost. If we ever have a chance to visit Japan again in the future this area will definitely be something I will consider again.
