-Spica 301 is one of the best if not the best place to stay with family,a great place to stay, spacious, quiet and peaceful neighborhood,location wise is very good. -As for the place itself, it’s very clean with complete amenities,clean and spacious -Response with the host (Emiko) is really fast and responsive,and she gives complete recommendation on places to go (refer to spica handbook and website) and she helped us a lot on so many things -Location wise,the place is next to Lawson convenient store, 5 minutes to go to Kawaguchi station by bus and 10 minutes by walking. A bit far from central Tokyo but it’s fun to walk and take a train to see some beautiful places -Overall, satisfied with the place,the host (Emiko),would gladly recommend to stay here to others and definitely will stay here when we go to Japan again.
