I stayed here for three nights. Emiko is a fantastic host. She responded to all my questions in a timely manner. She was kind to help me check in very late at night after a 14 hour flight. The place is in a very good neighborhood (about 40-60 mins from most areas) and it is walkable to the metro station. There is a coffee shop in the metro station that opens around 7am. 24 hrs convenience store right next door with a ATM to draw cash (I used my international card). Going into the ‘city’ is mostly through JRLines so if you have a Jrpass you don’t need to pay (get suica for Tokyo metro and other lines). Overall, great location if you are ok with taking sometime to get to the city. The place itself is compact and works very well if you are looking for a ‘base’ to do your exploration. I stayed alone so it worked best for me
