I had a wonderful stay at SPICA! Emiko was extremely responsive & helpful throughout my stay. The area was very walkable and around a 10-15min walk to the nearest station. There is a 24/7 Lawsons right next to the airbnb which was amazingly convenient. Even though it is right by a school, I didn’t personally find the noise significantly disturbing in the mornings. The pictures they provided were accurate to how the room looked & I felt there was adequate privacy despite the restroom and shower being outside the main room. There were plenty of amenities which made the stay very comfortable & they even provided mosquito repellent incense in the evenings which was a lifesaver with it being the summer. The pocket wifi and taxi rides to and from the station during check-in and check-out were very thoughtful & saved me alot of stress and extra planning. I would highly recommend this air bnb to anyone wanting peaceful stay close to the Tokyo area.
